It was a beautiful, brisk Saturday morning at Marsh View Park, and our U10 Boys were absolutely fired up to take the field. From the opening whistle, the energy was electric as Cole kicked off the scoring frenzy at the two-minute mark, followed quickly by a strike from Carson. Sawyer stood tall in goal, showing incredible focus throughout the match and providing a steady presence that gave the whole team confidence to press forward. The team played with fantastic chemistry, highlighted by Grant’s selfless assist to Cole and a brilliant through pass from Edward that set up Carson for a beautiful finish. It was a true display of teamwork, with Jack finding the net and Lincoln wrapping up the scoring action in the closing minutes.
While we celebrated the flurry of goals, the Great Lakes Alliance Anchor Bay Jr. Tars U10B never stopped working hard and fought to the very end to secure their goal. Our boys showed great sportsmanship and poise throughout the full sixty-two minutes of play. With a final tally of U10 Boys (11) vs. Great Lakes Alliance Anchor Bay Jr. Tars U10B (1), it was a fantastic morning of soccer that had everyone cheering on the sidelines. Whether it was the sharp passing or the relentless hustle, every player contributed to an unforgettable performance that made for a perfect ride home!
